Because our offerings may include custom-made products, project services, and professional installations, please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully.

1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
• Products purchased through the Website
• Services (design, consultation, installation, project execution)
It does not apply to:
• Goods or services explicitly stated as non-returnable
• Custom or special-order materials specified by the customer
2. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products
2.1 7-Day Return Window (Applicable Where Allowed)
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
• The product is defective
• The product is damaged in transit
• The product received is significantly different from the description
To qualify for a return:
• Product must be returned in original condition (unused if possible)
• Include all accessories, packaging, and documentation
We do not accept returns on:
• Custom-cut insulation materials
• Individually ordered special materials
• Any material altered/cut to fit customer specifications

3. Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt of the returned product at our facility, our team will inspect the item.
If approved:
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges may be deducted where applicable
If rejected (due to misuse, alteration, or non-qualifying condition), the item will be returned to you at your cost.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Bank/financial institution processing times may vary.
5. Services & Project Work
Due to the nature of services (consultation, installation, on-site execution):
• No refunds are provided once work has commenced
• Cancellations must be requested in writing before work begins
• Costs may be charged for work completed up to cancellation
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel standard product orders only if the order has not been shipped.
To cancel:

• Include order number and cancellation reason
Once shipped, order cancellations are treated under the returns criteria above.
7. Shipping Charges
• Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, except when the product is defective or significantly misdescribed.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a replacement product is required (subject to availability):

• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected
